I have QuickBooks Online Simple Start, and my 3-month trial subscription will end soon. How can I ensure that my subscription will continue after the trial expiration?

I can provide the necessary details to ensure your subscription continues once the trial ends, PercivalB.

 

Please ensure that the card on file is active so that the account billing for your QuickBooks is automatically charged. To continue using the data established in the trial account, you can reactivate your subscription before the trial expires. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing (Take me there).
  3. Click the Subscribe or Resubscribe button in the QuickBooks plan section.

Upon signing in, check the next charge date. To do that, go back to the Billing and Subscription page. If the date is in the past, reach out to our representatives to avoid back-billing charges. See this guide: QuickBooks Online Support.
