I just finished a class of QB and am on a free trial. Can anyone tell me how to erase the data and start over without losing my free trial? It's been over 30 days.

I tried to cancel in account and settings tab but was not given a cancel button option.

The trial account is available for 30 days only. Open a new trial account instead.

My trial is for a year and I’ve had it longer than 60 days. I’d like to clear data and start over without losing the trial.

The trial is for a year. It’s past 60 days. Is there a way to keep the year trial and erase data and start over?

Currently, we offer a 30-days free trial in QuickBooks Online. You may choose to renew the subscription to keep the data and continue what you already started. You check the status of your subscription by following the steps below.

 

Like this:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. Click on the Billing & Subscription tab.

 

On the other hand, if you delete your data and start over, I suggest that you cancel your subscription. Then, create a new one because we can only purge your QuickBooks Online data if it's less than 60 days.
