I'm brand new user. I've made so many mistakes. If I completely start over, will I still be able to import bank trx. again?

Yes, you can still import bank transactions, jeffstmc.

You'll just have to set up your bank again so you can import them back.

First, you'll have to purge your account so you can start from scratch. This process will only work for QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials versions, and if your account is active for less than 60 days.

Here's how to purge:

1. Sign in to your account. 
2. Change the URL and include /purgecompany (Example: https://qbo.intuit.com/c28/app/purgecompany).
3. The next page will show you a summary of the items that will be deleted. Enter the word YES when the data will be deleted, then click OK.
4. Choose Wipe data when you're done selecting.

Then, if you're using the Simple Start version and has been active for more than 60 days, you'll want to cancel the current account, and start a new one. You can always visit our website so you can choose your plan.
