If you have multiple companies under the same User ID, you’ll see the list of companies when you sign in to QuickBooks Online. From there, you'll be able to choose which company you’ll access. If you wish to switch between them after you've signed in, you can follow these steps:

i have three companies all under one login but need to separate out one of the companies with its own login for privacy. How do i do this?

First, you must have a different email and create an Intuit Account using this email address. Then, send an invite to the email address you want to access the new company with. Here's how:
From there, you can now sign in to your company using your new email.
