Hello @Anonymous,

I'd love to assist you with your QuickBooks subscription. To verify, what specific help do you need with your account?

If you want to view your subscription details, you can follow these easy steps.

  1. Go to Gear, then Account and settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In this page, you'll find your QBO subscription and billing details.
  4. Click Done.

We also have a guide on account management which I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has links that'll help you fix any account-related issues.

Feel free to message us here if you're referring to something else, or if you have other concerns. We're always here to lend a hand. Thanks for joining us today and I wish you have a nice day ahead.

I file my taxes every year with TT self employed which comes with a free subscription to QB Self employed.  Today, i tried to login to my QB account and i got a message that my subscription has expired and won't let me proceed to see any of my info.  Can you please resolve this?  Thanks

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @agent613.

We currently have an ongoing issue where QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) users are getting a "subscription has expired" error upon logging in to the account. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can review and add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-53434.

For now, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

Thank you for your patience while we work for a fix. Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I'll be more than happy to assist you again.
