I NEED TO SWITCH TO SINGLE USER MODE TO UPLOAD FROM CLOVER. HOW CAN I CHANGE TO SINGLE USERMODE FROM MULTI?

There is no single user "mode" for QuickBooks online.

 

If you meant Desktop, then turn it off under the file menu tab
