I just tried that and it didn't work. I still got the same message, asking me to have ME sign in.
I've done everything I can think of. Logged in as administrator. Logged in the correct account (Intuit doesn't make this easy; I have at least 4 different passwords). And still, when I try to update my credit card information, it tells me I need to log in as Kenneth Kirk. I AM HIM! I'm the only one who ever logs into QB!
