Hello, I passed my taxation exam at intuit academy level 1, how can I get my badge and certificate?
I spent two hours looking for a way to ask a question to the community ! Why isn't there just a button to ask a question !

Thank you for your response, I followed your advice, but I have no certificate in Quickbooks online.
I don't understand.
My homepage on the academy says 94% and when I go to my profile it says 100% and there's no buttons to click on.

Let's commence with some troubleshooting to get this fixed. There are instances when the browser is loaded with commonly used page resources, which results in errors or odd behavior. Let's use a different or private browser to view your account using any of these shortcut keys:
Then, return to your exam page. Once it shows the 100% completion rate, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

Thanks for the answer, but there is no certificate or badge. It shows 100% completion everywhere.
I did as you said, went in through Mozilla Firefox, deleted the cache.
But I still don't have a certificate or badge, and it's not in Quickbooks online.
What else can I do? What other quest needs to be done?
Maybe I should have gone to school to become a programmer so I could get a certificate and badge in the future? (just kidding)
