I passed the tax exam at intuit academy level 1, how can I get my badge and certificate?

We're glad to hear that you passed the exam. Let's use it to show off your QuickBooks expertise. Post them on your website, display them at your firm, or add them to your email signature. I'd be more than happy to share the steps on how to get your certifications and badges. Proceed as follows:

You can download everything from QuickBooks Online Accountant:

1. Go to the ProAdvisor menu.
2. Select the Training tab.
3. Look for the certification.
4. Select the Download certificate ▼ dropdown and then Download certificate or Download badge.

You can also download past badges and certificates. Here's how:

1. Go to the ProAdvisor menu.
2. Select the Training tab.
3. Select the Training & certification history link.
4. Find the certification you need.
5. Select the icon in the Certification column.

QuickBooks downloads a folder to your computer's hard drive. Your certification and badges are in the downloaded folder.

Thank you for your response, I followed your advice, but I have no certificate in Quickbooks online.
I don't understand.
My homepage on the academy says 94% and when I go to my profile it says 100% and there's no buttons to click on.
I'm at a loss, what to do? take a look at the file

Let's commence with some troubleshooting to get this fixed. There are instances when the browser is loaded with commonly used page resources, which results in errors or odd behavior. Let's use a different or private browser to view your account using any of these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, return to your exam page. Once it shows the 100% completion rate, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

Thanks for the answer, but there is no certificate or badge. It shows 100% completion everywhere.
I did as you said, went in through Mozilla Firefox, deleted the cache.
But I still don't have a certificate or badge, and it's not in Quickbooks online.
What else can I do? What other quest needs to be done?
Maybe I should have gone to school to become a programmer so I could get a certificate and badge in the future? (just kidding)
