When you fail to pass a section of an exam, you have to retake it. There is a set number of available attempts, depending on the exam you're taking. For details on available attempts, see the table in the Available Trainings section.

Hello, @kkbutler.
You’ll have to pass all the exams to pass the Certification. If you can't make it after the first three (3) attempts, you can only retake it after 60 days.

Yes, you will need to retake the entire exam including the ones you have already passed.
