In the desktop version, I was able to run a Sales by Product/Service Summary Report that included the description column. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I will be happy to help! You can edit the Sales by Product/Service filters to create the report you need. Here is how:

1. On the Sales report, select the Gear icon above the report name.
2. Once you select that icon, choose the SKU icon and remove or add others if necessary by selecting Show More.

That doesn't give me an option to ADD a Description/memo column?

Thanks for sharing this! I now understand why you do not see the memo/descriptions options, as I mentioned in Step 2 for the other filters. If you use the Sales by Product Service Detail Report, you can make those changes and choose which columns( including the memo/description filter) you would like to be displayed, as seen in my screenshot below.

Correct. And as originally stated, THAT report gives me way too many rows. All I want is a Sales by Product/Service Summary report that gives the title/description like I used to have in Quick Books Desktop Pro version.

I recognize the pertinence of pulling up the Sales by Product/Service Summary report, including the title or the Description, @Jenny. I'll share the steps to submit feedback.

As a workaround, we can run a Product/Service List. I can assure you this report will show the Description field.

Furthermore, I suggest sending feedback to our product developer. This way, they can consider adding this feature to the next product update.

Follow the steps below:

1. You can go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.
