We haven't received any similar reports related to opening standard reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
Please access your QuickBooks Online account through an incognito browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources and causing some unusual responses.
Here are the keyboard shortcut keys:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Press Control + Option + P (Safari).
If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache to offload some data from your browser. This way, your browser would get optimized and we'll be able to permanently fix the issue.
