Buy nowHi there, martinspaving.
I'll make sure that your records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
The QuickBooks Online mobile app is always in sync with the web version. The tasks and changes you've made in the app should show up on the web, and vice versa. You can press the F5 key or sign out then sign in again to your QuickBooks account to refresh the page.
If it didn't make a difference, you can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps. Sync delays are usually caused by the accumulated temporary internet files in your browser. To rule this out, you can sign in to your QuickBooks account through a private or incognito window. Check out shortcut keys below:
Once you're in, check your reports and transactions again. If they're now matching, close the incognito window then go back to your normal browser. Next, you'll have to clear the cache to get rid of the outdated web content and enhance your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
In addition, I encourage reading this article to learn more about the things that you can do with the QBO mobile app: Compare mobile app features.

Hi martinspaving,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the sync issue you've encountered last week. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
i have the same problem, only vice versa --- i made changes inside the web app on my desktop (uploaded a company logo, because no matter what i tried to do on the mobile app, it would always reject my uploaded picture - which was incredibly frustrating). Now that i have uploaded the logo on web app, it's not showing up on the mobile app...
Good to see you here in the Community, @partyambiance.
I want to ensure you'll be able to add a logo to your QuickBooks mobile app. I'd provide you with a few troubleshooting steps to check if this is a mobile application issue. Let's start by resetting the data in your mobile app.
In the mobile app:
In your Android settings:
Once done, you can close and reopen the mobile app and check for the logo. Also, I'd suggest restarting your phone. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.
