Join nowHey there, Noelle1747.
I've got some information about your concern.
When you're signed up for QuickBooks Payments, you get a QuickBooks Cash account and a debit card. You'll get the QuickBooks Debit Card in the mail within 3 - 5 business days. Since you will be receiving two cards, I'd recommend reaching out to our Merchant Service Team. They can pull up your account and verify the details.

Hi there @Noelle1747 ! I wanted to pop in here and add some more info to help with any confusion. :) Money by QuickBooks and QuickBooks Cash are actually separate services that do not connect. In fact, you don't actually need both.
Since you're already a QuickBooks customer, QuickBooks Cash is likely the best option for you. It's essentially a bank account that helps speed up money movement and is used with Payments processing services to deposit funds. And, of course, it's connected with your QuickBooks account.
Money by QuickBooks on the other hand is a standalone mobile app that acts as a bank account and allows for payment processing outside of QuickBooks. It is meant for folks who would like to process payments but aren't using all of the services QuickBooks has to offer just yet.
All in all, you will not need both of those debit cards. :) When the Money by QuickBooks card arrives, there will be a number on the back that you can call to close out that account. Then, you're free to continue on with QuickBooks Cash as normal.
