Is QBO completely dead right now?

Can't do a darn thing. Wheel just spins. Same problem for the past two months. Can Intuit please go get some server space?

Is QBO completely dead right now?

I understand how important it is for you to use QuickBooks Online (QBO) seamlessly in your day-to-day operations, FPCNS. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.

First off, may I know which browser you are currently using? Intuit recommends using Chrome for the best experience possible. If you are already using Chrome, please ensure you are using the latest release by going to the Chrome menu, selecting Help, and then About Google Chrome.

Next, ensure that your operating system is up-to-date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, add Intuit as a trusted site for your browsers to prevent your browsers from potentially blocking site content.

For detailed information, you can check out this article: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow?

Moreover, you can visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

Let us know if you have questions about any QuickBooks-related tasks. We'll get back to lend a helping hand.

Is QBO completely dead right now?

None of these things helped. My computer far exceeds QBO requirements: using incognito, Windows 11, everything is updated. You can see the community discussion in my post from yesterday, where other users indicated the exact same problem.

I know that you can't solve this, not do you know anyone who can solve this or answer the questions in the post from yesterday. I am sorry that your management has put you in a position where you cannot solve customer problems.

I try to provide feedback when logged in, and report when the speed (60-120 seconds to load a page) makes it impossible to do my work.
