Yes, you can automate emails in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by turning on the Post-invoice/Feedback survey feature, MMC.

  2. Go to the Gear Icon and click Accounts and Settings.

For more detail information of the steps above, please visit this article: Turn customer feedback surveys on or off in QBO.

Also, you can explore a third-party app for sending out review requests after completing a job and receiving payments for the invoice in QBO.

Here's how to find and integrate third-party apps:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2.  Select Find Apps.
  3. Look for an app in the Search bar. Or, scan them in the Browse categories or industries related to automated emails.

Where would we see the review?  Hopefully Google?  Can we link to the Google review for our business to make it painless for the customer?

IS THERE SOME WAY TO AUTOMATE EMAILS?

I found the reviews and it is good to know.  Is there some way to export these to Google?  Or better still have the reviews left straight away to Google?  We would like the reviews to be visible to prospective customers.
