Buy nowI really hope someone can help me. I am a CPA who uses QB 2018 Desktop Pro for several clients. I recently downloaded and installed the software on a new computer. QB is now asking me to login (see screenshot). When I put in my email address, it wants me to update the software (see screenshot). But, I have already updated the software. I then click the non-admin to login, but it tells me it will ask for the login information in 14 days.
Does anyone have thoughts on how I can get logged in properly? Or can I?

I know a couple of scenarios why QuickBooks is asking you to log in to your Intuit account, Ryan. Let me elaborate them in detail.
If your company file is yet to be linked to your Intuit account or if you're creating a new one, QuickBooks will require you to sign in. To ensure that you'll get to pass through the login page, I recommend pressing the Alt+F4 on your keyboard. Once prompted, click on Cancel.

Our System Admin is gone. I called Quickbooks to gain access. They made me TWICE resubmit all my paperwork. I believe they are making changes to an old account that is inactive. I am unable to get into my live subscription and I keep being asking by Support (both on the phone and via chat) to resubmit my request to reassign. I MUST get into my account and I can't find anyone to help.
