Join nowHi I called quickbooks help today really hoping they would have some empathy towards small businesses but they actually do not. I have payed for the payroll subscription all year at $75 per month. i haven't ran payroll even once in 2020 due to the pandemic taking away all my business as i own an event decor company. I kept the subscription hoping for some positive outcome during 2020 unfortunately that did not happen with my business. when i called and expressed my situation the phone support basically could care less and was only offering me a month refund. I HAVE NOT ran payroll at all in 2020 and paid out nearly $900 to them when i have no income with the business. Im hoping i can contact with someone at quickbooks for can help me out with getting a refund. when i asked the lady on the phone she wasn't much help and said i have to go to a website for a refund and thats again only one month. ill go to facebook and send this email to as many help pages as i can to get this sorted so please if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Its shame how small business put their trust in quickbooks for a main part of a small business when things are normal that during a pandemic they will have absolutely no empathy.Quickbooks you can do better we are just a small business trying to survive.

i have done this with no resolution from the quickbooks team, thus i am reaching out to the community for any contact person i can reach out to as i was told on the phone they can not help me which is very disappointing. I'm making this into a public forum so people like me can get some help in the future easily without jumping thru hurdles like what quickbooks is doing to me and my small business. quite frankly this is very discouraging for me to continue my services with such a company who will not show any support in the time of need. I just want a form of contact besides calling again just to get discouraged
