My QB subscription was renewed but it still shows in red that it has expired. QB sent me a payment receipt. How do I get rid of the Red subscription expired?

It looks like you're referring to your payroll subscription, Ablanks. Let me help you reactivate your account.

We'll have to log in to your Account Maintenance page to ensure there's a connection with your account. Here's how:

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Go to My Payroll Service, then select Account / Billing Information.
  3. After you've signed in, log out. Then, check the subscription status.

If it still shows expired, let's revalidate your service key to refresh your account or connection. Here's how:

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Go to My Payroll Service, then select Manage Service Key.
  3. Click Edit, then Next.
  4. Click Finish, then OK

Once it's renewed already, let's get the latest payroll tax table update so you'll download the latest tax rates or table and stay compliant with paycheck calculations.
