My subscription was cancelled when I forgot to upload my new card. How to I fix this on google play.

I know how you can get back to subscribing to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, presnellklint.

 

If you've subscribed to QBO in the mobile app, your subscription is managed by the Google Play Store, not directly through QuickBooks. With this,  we can log in to your account on a web browser so you can pay it directly on the website. 

 

Before doing so, let's go to the App Store and cancel the subscription. Here's how:

 

  1. Open Google Play on your phone or tablet and sign in to your Google account.
  2. Proceed to the menu ☰ icon.
  3. In the Subscriptions section, look for QuickBooks Online.
  4. Select Cancel.

 

Once done, log in to your account using the web version and reactivate the account. 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear or Profile icon and select Subscription and Billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Review your billing and payment info, then choose Subscribe.
