Being able to reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team is possible during our office hours. This is from Mondays-Fridays 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. I'd suggest contacting them during these hours.
In the meantime, I encourage reporting the fraudulent activity to our Intuit Security team by sending an email at spoof@intuit.com. By doing so, they'll be able to investigate this issue.
In case you receive Intuit email you aren't sure about, please see our security notices for details of suspicious emails reported by other customers.

As my colleague mentioned above, you'll want to report any fraudulent activity to our Intuit Security team by emailing spoof@intuit.com. By doing so, they'll be able to investigate this issue.
However, if any changes, etc., have been made to your account, I encourage you to contact our Support Team as soon as possible. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and investigate this matter further. You can contact our team by using the link I've included below.

Hi there, @Boater1001.
Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm here to help share how we can prevent these fraud activities claiming to be affiliated with Intuit.
Since there's no bill in your transaction history as mentioned by our support agent, I'd recommend reporting this to our Intuit Security team so they can review it. You may go to Intuit Online Security Center and select the Go to security notices section. Once done, click Report a suspicious email to file a report.
Also, I encourage reading this article to learn how to recognize official Intuit correspondence and websites: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
I'll be around the Community if you have other questions. Please don't hesitate to let me know in the comment section. Take good care!
