I need to move my QB 2016 for MAC to different computer (Not running Big Sir because you have no update for the new MAC OS,) I need a Validation code on the new computer and none of your phone numbers are working.

Since QuickBooks Dekstop 2016 is already discontinued, you'll need to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to the latest version of QuickBooks. To start with, I'd suggest installing a trial version so you can start moving your QuickBooks data for MAC to a different computer. Before that, make sure you already back up your company file in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and then, restore it to the trial version.

On the other hand, QuickBooks Desktop support recently changed the way to contact them from phone to messaging. That's the reason none of the phone numbers are working. This is to ensure you are routed to the right QuickBooks team. This is also the quickest and most secure way for you to find answers and get next-level assistance.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Press F1 to open the Help window.
2. From the search icon, type Contact Support.
3. Click Contact us at the bottom part.
4. Give a brief description of your issue about validation code and click the Search button.

Contact Support and ask for it. Make sure you are able to login into your CAMPS for their verification process. Otherwise, you may need to purchase a new license.

I need a validation code for my Quickbooks version 2009. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall it. I cannot contact anybody in chat nor via telephone. I am in Asia. Please help.

QBD 2009 is too old and I am not sure Support will generate a validation code for it any longer. Consider purchasing a new one time license for QBD 2021 to upgrade your file. Contact us in private and we may help to provide it including the validation code.
