New criteria for publishing Pro Advisor profiles

Hi All,

 

This is Intuit's response at that time: -

 

Thank you for submitting your information and expressing interest in being published on the Find-A-ProAdvisor Directory.

We are not able to publish your profile on the Find-A-ProAdvisor directory at this time because your submitted information cannot be verified. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted.

We appreciate your interest in the Find-A-ProAdvsior Directory and wish you the best for your business.

I also successfully completed the QBO ProAdvisor Recertification examination in early part of May 2021 and Intuit indicated that they will post me a complementary gift for sitting the QBO ProAdvisor Recertification examination. So I filled out the online form with my mailing information in order to receive this gift. I have not received any gift from Intuit in the mail.

Congratulations on getting a gift from the examination! I'm sure you're excited to receive it, and I'm here to point you to the right direction on how to get it. I'll also help you with the profile publishing. 

 

About your profile, I would recommend reviewing your information in your account and ensure it is correct. Make sure it matches with the details on what you've given when you're about to publish your profile.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online Accountant, click the Profile icon right next to the Gear button. 
  2. Review on each section, then click the Edit ✎ button to update your details
  3. Once done, click Save.

 

Regarding the gift, I would recommend contacting our ProAdvisor support agents.

 

They can check your examination gift and ensure it is mailed to you. Go to this link and use the phone number on Step 1https://accountants.intuit.com/accounting/lp/proadvisor/welcome.jsp.

 

Our support agents can also check your profile details if you're still having issues publishing it.

Thank you for the information. I am unable to edit my company's mailing address of my Profile in order to be approved to be added to Find-A-ProAdvisor Directory Listing. Please advise.

I suggest reaching out to our Proadvisor support so an agent can help you with editing your company's information. Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Accountant.
  3. Click Need to contact Intuit Accountant Support?.
  4. Select either Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

Hello Mike,

 

I've tried to verify my account twice now by sending in a pic of my driver's license, but I keep getting an email back saying no proof was attached (but it was).  What now?

To begin, please know that we take the protection of customer information seriously. We encrypt all identification information when it's stored in our systems and our servers are safeguarded with security. It's concerning that despite trying different approaches and verifying your account twice, you continue to receive emails stating that no proof was attached, even after sending a picture of your driver's license.

 

That being said, we recommend directly contacting our support team to address this issue. Our support team will use their tools to diagnose and resolve the issue. They will work diligently to identify the underlying cause and provide you with an effective solution. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account and select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select or type Contact Us.
  3. Write down your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us (phone or chat).
