We've notified our engineers to investigate missing categories when creating expenses using the iOS mobile app. We anticipate having an update soon to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team. By doing so, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive an email notification once we resolve it. You can contact our Customer Support and then let them add you to Investigation No. 105728.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
- Go to the Search tab and click on the Contact Us button.
- Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
- You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
