No longer allowed to log into self-employed to get data to transfer to Soloprenuer.how do I fix it?

Just trying to get all my data that was tracked in the old app.

No longer allowed to log into self-employed to get data to transfer to Soloprenuer.how do I fix it?

I'll be here to assist you with how to transfer your data to QuickBooks Solopreneur, dhuckaba1.

 

If you're using the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile application, this product has no longer been available to our customers since March 24, 2024.

 

As a workaround, we can log in to your account via web browsers and transmit data from QuickBooks Self-Employed to your QuickBooks Solopreneur if you no longer have the app.

 

Once done, here are the steps to export the transaction into a CSV file if you want a detailed list of the transactions.

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. In your QBSE, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Decide the report you want to download and select the period or tax year from the dropdown.
  3. Choose View or Download.
  4. Select Print or Download in the dropdown arrow.

If you can't still log in, we recommend recovering your account or contacting our phone support since they have the tools to review your concerns for account management and login issues.
