When transferring data from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to TurboTax, there are things that you need to review to avoid any difficulties. These are the following:
- You're not logged in to any other QuickBooks product while exporting the data.
- The TT version should TT Self-Employed and TT live Self-Employed only.
- There's no entered data before you started exporting.
- Should start the export process from the QBSE.
- The tax checklist is completed in the Annual taxes tab.
- Answer the questionnaire perfectly.

Once everything is verified but still, no data was transferred, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can check your account and further investigate the root cause of the issue.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
- Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
- You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
- Choose if you'd like to Message an agent or Get a callback.
