Please cancel subscription.

Hello, @straw7berry9-gma.


Allow me to share some details about the cancellation process. 


The Community is a public forum and will not be able to get your account details. This process requires account verification. That said, there are only two ways to cancel the subscription, either calling support or doing it manually in QuickBooks Online. 


Before doing the process, it would be best to create a backup of the company data for documentation purposes you might need in the future. You'll also have read-only access to your company file within a year after the cancellation.


Here's how to cancel the subscription:

  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Settings or the Gear icon in your QuickBooks.
  2. Select Account and Settings and click the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. Locate and cancel the Payroll subscription first before canceling the QuickBooks Online version if you're using payroll service.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel it.

You also have the option to answer the subscription cancellation survey. Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to you that you've canceled your online subscription plan. If you're not able to cancel it manually, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to do it for you.
