The refund will usually appear in 7 to 10 business days after Customer Service processes it. I recommend contacting them directly.

- Go to the Help menu at the right top.
- Select Contact Us.
- You can enter “refund request" on the box.
- Choose to Get a call and enter your personal information.
- Press Confirm my call.
