As everyone knows due to COVID 19 all business are suffering
Specifically, our which is directly connected with Food Service and Restaurants and catering companies
We are using QB Enterprises 2020 and It is Due for Renewal
i have requested QB to help me out with monthly payment than a one-time payment of the large amount
She added up additional $37+slaes tax to my monthly charges making me pay an additional $444
One side we are struggling as business has really bad another side this corporation not ready to help us as small business
I am sure lot of My Small Businessman having the same issue with QB

I am not New QB Enterpriser user who is using promotional discounts
As last year only we have downgraded my QB enterprise by removing the advance inventory function
and Limit User to Max 2
that's the reason you had lower prices (it was not promotion nor any discount)
As if I deiced to Go BY Downgrading TO QB Enterprise to QB Premium Can I do That ???
You need purchasing a 3rd party downgrade service. Check our profile name and send your business email address to us in a private message. Should you need to have a multi warehouse feature, you may consider using a 3rd party inventory management app to integrate with QBD Premier.
Basically QB is saying this is what we have and this is what we charge if you can afford you stay or you are very welcome to go away
Why can't they offer discounts on case to case basis as our banks credit card company giving
As QB user and community we should not ignore this monopolies
