Buy nowQB is not saving my work. It gives me a partial reconcile after Ive already finished and I open it up the next day it shows a partial reconcile. Now it also is not saving invoices or deposits. Before we start, could you please specify what version of QBDT Mac you're currently using? This will help determine the root cause of your concern.
It's also worth noting that earlier versions of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2023 will no longer receive updates, maintenance releases, or technical support. Other services tied to these versions, such as payroll, bank feeds, and other features, have also been discontinued.

Its QB 2020 Desk Top For MAC
I know how challenging it can be to experience a problem with reconciling and being unable to save your transactions, particularly when relying on QuickBooks to manage these tasks, Nodie.
As mentioned by my colleague above, versions of QuickBooks from 2023 or earlier have already been discontinued. QuickBooks has system requirements and compatibility guidelines for macOS or any desktop versions. Older or unsupported versions of QuickBooks can face problems such as losing access to live technical support, Intuit services, online bank feeds, and core functionalities. Therefore, this is the reason you’re encountering unsaved work, even after completing it.
You can check this article for the detailed information about the discontinuation: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy.
For your additional information, please note that there is no available current release version for macOS. However, if you’d like to continue managing your tasks on QuickBooks, I suggest exploring our available pricing plans for supported versions.
