QBO Pro Advisor

Hello, I'm just wondering. If I earned my QBO pro advisor certification using the company email account login and I have decided to resign, what would happen to my certification? Should I create a new intuit account and go all over the process again?

Hello there, @Jim0910. Let your wonder be gone with the information we will share about your Pro Advisor certification concern in QuickBooks. We'll ensure this gets handled properly and securely.

 

We understand the importance of keeping the certification for you and how you can handle it in our program. Let me provide you with the relevant information. You can submit a transfer request so you can still have your Pro Advisor certification even if you resign.

 

We suggest contacting our phone and messaging support team to request the transfer of your certification and for you to transfer your QuickBooks ProAdvisor badge to your new account. Also, have access to the ProAdvisor Training tab using your new account. Once you've set up your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) for Accountant account. We're unable to do it here in the Community forum due to its public nature, and that process may need some confidential information to pull up your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
