Yes, we can export and then import your company data to your new QBO account. If you're using the Advanced version, you can use the back up and restore feature to move your company data. For the detailed instructions, check out this article: Back up and restore your QuickBooks Online Advanced Company.If you're using other versions, we can only move the lists. However, we can utilize a third-party app or manually add your transactions to the new QBO account.
You can follow these steps to export:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export data.
- On the Reports tab, set the date range.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on and off.
- Hit Export to Excel.

To Import Data:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Import data.
- Select the data you want to import and browse for the CSV file.
- Hit Next.
