Quickbooks Online Plus from Techsoup not showing subscription

Please Advise: Purchased QB Online Plus from Techsoup but is not showing the subscription or expiration date and is throwing up this error:

Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81623)

Here's how you can reach us out:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
