Anyone else having issues with online lagging and spinning when moving between screens? Today it timed out several times.

I can help fix the lagging and spinning issues you encounter while performing a task, christie-premier.

 

You'll want to ensure you have a stable internet connection. 

 

If you do yet, still getting the same results, you can do some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes caused by the amount of stored cache in the browser. 

 

You can try opening your QBO account via a private browser or incognito window. Private browsing will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.

@christie-premier   Mine was like that all last week.  Seems better, today, though.  

(And no, I didn't have to do any of the "trouble shooting" steps, like empty my cache and whatnot).
