Hello, userjon-ferris.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. If you are trying to invite a user or accountant to your QuickBooks Online account and receive a message stating that they are not authorized or that there is no such company, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue:
If you have checked all of the above and are still experiencing issues, Let's open your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this unexpected issue for possible browser-related. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, you'd want to let your authorized users clear their browser's cache. Also, you can use other supported web browsers.
I've added these articles as additional resources for managing your authorized users:

My issue with adding a new user, is that the roles are not coming up to display. When I try adding a new user, the green loading sign keeps running under "Roles", not allowing me to select a previously created role. Even when I try editing existing user's roles, it does not let me do so. Can you please advise?
Hello, david385. We can manage the user's role (permissions) by logging in as Master admin (Primary admin) in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. By doing so, you'll have full access and control over all the user's permissions in your QBO company.
First, let's try logging out and signing in again with your QBO account. After that, check if the user's permissions are already visible on your screen when adding or editing an existing user's role. However, if the result is still the same, we can try to log into your QBO account using a private browser.
Here's how:
If you can successfully access the user's permissions, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, you can consider using another supported browser.
You might also want to check our system requirements for QuickBooks Online to ensure the best experience when using the platform.
In addition, I added an article in case you need to add accountant users in QuickBooks Online.
