Welcome to the Community, @jjones2.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can print your reconciliations report successfully.
It's very unusual to print a reconciliation report with a blank page. Let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private browser. It's a good start to check if it's a browser data issue.
To use a private browser, here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Option + N
Once logged in, go back and try to print the reconciliation report again to double-check. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?
If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend updating, repairing, or re-installing Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
I'm also adding this article to learn how to customize reports in QuickBooks Online: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if you need further clarification about this, or if there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day.
