Has anyone resolved any of this?
or are we all just banging our heads on our keyboards till numb....
I fixed it, left Quickbooks, and starting using waveapps.com for free. The only thing I pay for is credit card fees which are competitive, also have ACH option available. Not going back to QB!
Yes, I resolved it by no longer using QB and going to Waveapps.com. Completely free online accounting software for small businesses. I pay for Credit Card fees which are competitive and have ACH options as well. I am never going back to QB.
I find it interesting that the QuickBooks Help Team never answers the question about changing their software to get rid of the aggravating sign-in page. I agree with all others about the posts about security...not. I find that to be the norm today with any customer service product though; when you ask for changes, they simply don't listen. Sadly instead of Intuit listening to their customers, they will continue to lose them or gain a class action suit against them. For now, I just put in my own email address (an old one) to send a reminder to and then another one of my email addresses for the contact information to bypass that annoying page. I never check the old email address, so never see the reminders.
