I recommend getting in touch with our supports. This way, they'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and process the refund which we're unable to here.
You can sign in to your account and tap on the Assistant option at the top.
Once done, type in "Talk to a human" and send it. Just follow the instructions that will prompt afterward. Then, select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
