I am trying to cancel my Quickbooks Desktop subscription. I have looked at all screens on the website but cannot find any CANCEL button to click on. I keep getting e-mail messages to update my payment info so the automatic renewal feature can charge my payment method. I have quit using QB Desktop as I no longer need all the features it offers. It would be so nice if "Cancel Subscription" was actually an option under Billing Information. Why is it so hard to cancel???? Extremely frustrating.

If you still cannot cancel your QB Desktop subscription, you can use a zero-balance prepaid card to replace your current payment method as a workaround. Then you can use the trial version of QB Desktop to access your old files for good.
Your advice didnt reflect what I saw on the page. Extremely frustrating
I have tried for years, mine has never been used. I am in my CAMPS. Under product details there is no cancel option. Like every year I can't cancel my Credit card without another. I have spoken to customer support. Mostly to a robot that hangs up on me and sends me a useless email. I am not even sure how i am even signed up. Maybe as a trial add to Turbo tax. But I need to know who to send this to finally get it cancelled or the real way to do it.
