Customer Statement in Mobile App

Hey there, @towhidctg.

Thanks for reaching out to Community. I'm happy to provide insight into your question.

As of right now, this is not available in the mobile app. However, you can do this in a browser on your phone by going to https://qbo.intuit.com. Below I've included steps on how to create and view customer statements.

To make a customer statement:

  1. Go to the Sales or Invoicing menu and click Customers.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the customer or customers you want to make statements for.
  3. In the Batch actions drop-down, choose Create Statements.
  4. In the Statement Type drop-down, click the type of statement you'd like to make.
  5. Fill in the date fields and select Apply.
  6. Hit Save, Save and Close, Save and send, or Print or Preview.

To view:

  1. Go to the Sales or Invoicing menu an click All Sales.
  2. Select the Filter drop-down menu. Then, in the Type drop-down, choose Statements.
  3. Hit the Date drop-down, and which option you'd like to use.
  4. Click the Customer drop-down, then All, or the customer you'd like to see statements for.

For more details, you can check out Create and view customer statements.

If you have further questions or concerns, you can always reach back out. I'm happy to lend a helping hand. Take care!

Customer Statement in Mobile App

When will sending statements via an iPad be available. Is it that complicated to have this built into the IOS system. Doesn’t seem that difficult.

Customer Statement in Mobile App

Hello there, Dkf1960.

For now, I cannot tell as to when the customer statement will be added through the iPad. Our software engineers are still looking into this feature as we know that it's ideal for our customers to have it.

Rest assured, I'll be sending feedback to them about this one. It might be given a chance to part of the next product updates in the QuickBooks Mobile App.

Please know that we always want to hear from our customers like you, as we based on your feedback in updating the product.

If you have more something to ask, just let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always around to respond as soon as possible. I hope you're good. Take care.

I cannot believe that nearly 18 months later there is still no statement option from the mobile app.

Come in guys, its 2021. It cannot be that difficult to add a very simple feature…..

The title of the group post says it all. As far as I can tell, there is no way to send a customer statement from the QB ios app. This makes it inconvenient when you visit a customer and they ask for a statement.  I then have to run to my truck and dig out my laptop, connect to my hotspot, do the work to issue the statement, then run back inside to my customer to finish the discussion.

Customer Statement in Mobile App

Hi there, @Cbm304

I see how convenient it is to be able to send a customer statement from QuickBooks mobile app. This is for you to save time and keep your customer updated.

We recognize feedback and product suggestions to make the program better. You can submit your own feature requests through the Send Feedback Online option within your QuickBooks company file. This way, our management and engineering teams could take action to help improve your experience.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online, then click Product Suggestion.
  3. Choose a Type of Feedback and Product Area (optional) from the available drop-down.
  4. Enter your suggestions/feedback in Here is my suggestion: field.
  5. You can also include your name and email address.
  6. Select Send Feedback.

You can visit this website to view recent news and updates on what products, services, and technology like apps are available: Product Updates.

Additionally, I've added this article that'll help you personalize your sales forms in QuickBooks Online. This helps you add the info that matters most to your business: Customize Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. I'm happy to lend a hand anytime. Have a great day!
