This problem starting occurring about a month ago, and I have not seen any resolution to it.
My client is using QBDT Pro 2019 -
I was entering information a got an integrity error on an Employee, who has not worked for him in over 10 years.
It stated that his SS# was invalid (or something like that). I clicked ok, and continued to work, and received a couple of other errors that were similar in nature.
I backed up the data file and then I verified the data and received several errors.
I rebuilt the data, and it gave me a report of what errors it fixed and what errors it did not fix.
I then quit the software and restarted QBDT and verified the data again, and it reported no errors.
This seems to be an ongoing problem. Occasionally when I started the software and start working I will receive some kind of integrity error but if I quit and reload the file, it seems to be ok.
How can I resolve this issue?
Thank you
EJ
I'll help you fix that, EJ.
The error message that you've encountered is a symptom of a data integrity issue. Verifying and rebuilding function is a good start to isolate the issue since this process scans your company files for errors or data damage.
To totally get rid of that error, you can run the QuickBooks File Doctor. First, download and install the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe) and follow the on-screen steps to install the program.
Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub. To get the most out of your QuickBooks File Doctor experience, we recommend using it on Windows 10, 64-bit. When you're ready, follow these steps to run the Quick Fix my File utility:
If you still get an error message, you'll have to use the Run QuickBooks File Doctor function. Here's how:
After the scan finishes, open QuickBooks and your company file. Please take note that your issue may have been resolved even if the scan says it was unsuccessful. To learn more about this process, I encourage reading this guide: Fix company file and network issues.

Thank you. It appears that using the Tool Hub has resolved the issue but I won't be sure until the company file is used a few more times. All I did was use the Quick Fix My File, and then I checked the Company File and there were no errors. I have done this other times, and sometimes it shows errors, and other times it does not, so I will wait and hope that the issue is resolved.
I have another issue that probably should go in another message, but in case you are familiar with this one, I will add it here too.
This problem has just started, within the last couple of weeks and involves the Bank Feed Connections
When I click on the Bank Feeds Center I get a popup with some code presented. There is no error code, just an OK button in the lower right-hand corner. I have enclosed a copy of the popup for your review.
I was still able to download my bank feeds, but when I click on the Approve button for the "automatic" entries I received the same popup for each of the automatic entries. It still appears that they were all accepted but I need to understand what the error is and more importantly, how to fix it.
Thank you
EJ
I'll help you continue working with your bank feeds, EJ.
This error appears when the system can't access the fiblueprint.xml file due to user permission restrictions. It usually happens when you use QuickBooks in a hosted or terminal service. Another possible reason can be that your computer has damaged Microsoft components.
To isolate the error, just ensure that you have the appropriate user permission. You can follow the detailed steps on this link and drill-down to the System.TypeInitializationException section: Fix System Exception errors.
Keep me posted on how this works and if there's anything else that you need help with. Take care!
