Does my QuickBooks automatically get backed up somewhere?

I was sssured by support that there is no need to back up because they have multiple servers backing up data. Of course the quality and dependability of Intuit support seems to be declining almost daily.

I agree with Fiat's response. If you are using QuickBooks Online Plus, it will automatically back up your data with the same level of security used by banks and financial institutions. If you still want to get a copy of your QBO files, you can consider using a third-party app and then integrating it with your QBO account. To begin, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to Apps.
3. In the search bar, type the word "Backup" as your keyword.
4. Look for the app that best suits your needs.
5. Select the app, and then click Get App Now.
