If you are added as an admin in the company, you can change the Fiscal Year (FY) from the Accounting menu. This way, it'll reset the FY date on the report. Let me walk you through the steps.
However, if you're running a year-end report, you'll just have to manually set the date in the To and From fields at the top of the report.
Most importantly, I still recommend checking with your accountant for more guidance. He/she may add suggestions based on what's more suitable for your business and to your books.
