The Accountant and Primary Admin have the same level of access. Restricting or limiting this is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
In the meantime, you'll want to remove your accountant and manually share reports with them.
Here's how:
- Head to the Gear icon, then choose Accountant.
- Find the accountant you want to remove, then select Remove accountant next to their name.
To send copies of reports:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Choose your preferred report.
- Select the period or tax year from the dropdown.
- Pick Print or Download.
