I will share how you can print the Payroll Summary report in QuickBooks Online, Makroadservice.

You can print it the normal way and save it as a PDF. Then, you're unable to add the QBO logo to the report.

Here's how to print it:

  1. Open the report.
  2. Click Export to Excel, then select Printer Friendly.
  3. In the Destination row, click Change, then select Save as PDF.
  4. Click Save.

Let me add the list of reports that you can run in QuickBooks Online as a future reference: Run payroll reports.

Hello, ANONYMOUS22.

I'll help you add the QuickBooks logo on the payroll summary report.

As mentioned by Kristine Mae, you can add the QuickBooks logo by editing the exported report. To reiterate the steps:

  1. Open the Payroll Summary report.
  2. Click the Share drop-down menu.
  3. Choose Printer Friendly.
  4. On the report, click the Print button.
  5. Save it as a PDF, then open it again with a PDF reader and enable editing on the file.

Currently, QuickBooks Online Payroll displays the payroll reports without the logo. Though, it would be much easier if there was a logo watermark for situations such as bank validation.

Our developers might be working on a revamped and reworked view for the payroll reports for future releases. You can stay tuned for updates in our QuickBooks Blog
