You can ask your client to send you an invite so you can have access to their company file.
Have them refer to this article for the steps on how to invite an accountant: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.
Once you receive the invite, just follow the steps on how to activate your access so you can connect with your client's account.
In case you did not receive the invite, check out this article to know the fix (Scroll down to Whitelist Intuit’s email server hostnames to avoid invitations getting tagged as spam): What to do if invited users did not receive your email invitation.

Hi, flourishfinanci
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going with your question about logging into a client company. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I haven't resolved the issue. I need access to be able to delete an incorrect bank reconciliation. I have access to their file as I can select it on an introductory screen when I first log into my QB Accountant Online account but it does not appear with a QB logo in my client list once I am in my Accountant Online dashboard. How do I convert them to a QB AO account when they maintain their own subscription?
I have not resolved this issue. I need to have access that will allow me to delete an incorrect bank reconciliation. I have access to the client's file as I can select to enter it when I first log into my QB Accountant Online account. I however can not select to enter the file through the QB logo on my QB Accountant Online dashboard. How do I change this access type?
Thank you!
Good morning, @floursihfinancial.
Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. Adding the extra clarification gave me a better understanding of what steps you need to fix this problem.
If you're needing to transfer an existing client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription to your billing plan, just follow the steps below. It's a simple process.
Note: If your client already has a QBO subscription, then they won't be eligible for a wholesale billing discount. If you transfer them to your billing plan, you’ll be charged the same price they were for the subscription.
In addition, here's an article that can be useful about this situation. Afterward, you can start fixing the issue with their reconciliation.
These steps should do the trick. Should you need any further information, just let me know. I'm only a few clicks away if you need me. Have a wonderful Monday!
