How do I cancel quickbooks I don't use this account?

We're sorry to let you go, but I'm here to make the cancelling process easy for you, @lewisforageprodu. Let me show you how.

Cancelling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account will depend on where you bought your subscription (direct from Intuit or through a mobile app). Before doing so, I encourage you to save and/or export all the necessary lists and reports for future use.

If you purchase your subscription online directly from Intuit, you'll have to log into your account and visit the Billing & Subscription menu. For the detailed steps, here's how:

1. Open a web browser on your computer.
2. Sign in to QBO as an admin user.
3. Go to the Gear icon.
4. Select Account and settings.
5. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
6. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
7. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.
