How do I print chart of accounts in QuickBooks online

Go to the COA (chart of accounts) page in QBO. On the top right, above the columns you should see a pencil, printer, and gears. Click on the printer and you can print the whole list. I would suggest to print in Landscape view, its easier to read. :)

Also, a quick summary of your COA is the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report. From those reports, you can see the financial picture of your business.

Hope this helps! :)

How do I print chart of accounts in QuickBooks online

Hi jimolson52,

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to assist you with printing your Chart of Accounts.

Just to clarify, are you using Chrome on a Windows computer? If so, the Engineers are aware of an issue with the Print Preview of this setup and recommend the following steps:

  1. Update Chrome to the most recent version.
  2. Select the three vertical dots in top right of the window to open the Chrome menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Type PDF within the search bar.
  5. Select the button for Content Settings...
  6. Make sure that the box next to Open PDF files in the default PDF viewer application is unchecked.

I also recommend clearing the temporary internet files/cache of your browser.  These files are stored within a browser to help optimize loading, but can sometimes cause unexpected behavior.

I'm also including some helpful articles to further assist you with printing in QuickBooks Online:
