Having a clean bill appearance when printing makes transactions look more professional, Richard. Let's perform a troubleshooting step to eliminate any unwanted color tinge from your documents.

You'll want to change the color of the standard default template to black so that it will appear in black and white whenever you print. To do that, here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon. Then, select the Custom form styles.

2. Find the Standard name, then under the Action column, click Edit.

3. Click the Try other colors under the Design tab. Then, choose the color black.

4. Click Done.

After completing the process, you may want to review all payments made to your vendors. Refer to this article: Run a report with vendor totals in QuickBooks Online.
