How do I resubscribe and downgrade?

Reactivating QuickBooks Online and downgrading your subscription is easy, @belinda.m.batche.
 
Here are the steps on how to resubscribe QuickBooks Online:
 
  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings
  4. In the Billing & Subscription section, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.
 
Once done, log out, then log in again and go back to the Billing & Subscription section. Review the next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. If not, you're good to go.
 
Afterward, you can follow these steps to downgrade your QuickBooks plan:
 
  1. Still, go to the Billing & Subscription tab, make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  2. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to downgrade your plan.
